Pizza Croissants

Pizza is famous around the world. The thing that makes pizza so unique is you can put anything on your pizza. Some people enjoy classic favorites like pepperoni, meat lovers, hawaiian and all the above. But others take a step out there and really try to make something your not going to forget.

Just the other day I tried a Chicken Alfredo Pizza. Lets Just say he didn't make enough, it didn't last very long once out of the oven. I'm hoping he'll put his recipe online for us all to try soon. Keep an eye open @ foodfigure.com.

This Recipe for my Pizza Croissants Couldn't be easier. I used my homemade Pizza Sauce & Pizza Dough (Recipes Coming Soon). All I did was quarter the dough ball, roll each quarter out and form into a Triangular Shape with a Knife. Then working off the Dough I topped with pizza sauce and thin slices of pepperoni. Rolled into the shape of a Croissant, Baked at 400 for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown. I Cut mine in half to be sure the dough baked all the way through. Success!
